Nursing Immigration

Home caregiver provides at least 30 hours of weekly care for the following people:

  • Children under 18 years old
  • Old people aged 65 or over
  • Disabled person

At the same time, the home caregiver needs to provide care without guidance. A live-in caregiver who works in Canada must live with the employer’s family. After two years of full-time work, you can apply for a family immigration in Canada.

Applicant Requirements:

  1. High school diploma
  2. CLB6.5
  3. One year work experience in the past three years or professional nursing training
  4. Age:18-50 years old
  5. Have the criminal record check
  6. Healthy
  7. Have contract with your employer
  8. Employer can provide LMIA for you

Application Steps:

  1. Your employer submit the LMIA to the government and get positive feedback.
  2. Get the contract with both sides signature.
  3. Get working permit.
  4. Pass the interview from the Canada embassy in your country.
  5. Pass the physical examination and get a Canadian visa.
  6. Get the permanent resident after 24 months work in four years.
